I love creating videos and photos that resonate with people. At Age Care Bathrooms I get hands-on with the full content mix: filming and editing video, photography, designing adverts and print, writing the copy, and building the websites that bring it all together. Outside of work I co-own Lime Tree Music Centre in Matlock, where I also teach guitar.

I love creating designs people genuinely connect with. At Age Care Bathrooms I work across print and digital, from brochures and flyers to regional campaigns and direct mail, always thinking about how a piece will actually be read, held or handed over. Typography is where I spend most of my time; everything else gets out of the way.

Photography

Photography started as a necessity. Age Care Bathrooms needed photos and I was the one to take them, and I fell in love along the way. Now I shoot bathrooms by day and whatever catches my eye at the weekend, architecture, landscapes, slow walks with a camera. Same Sony A7 IV, two very different briefs.

Videography

I love creating videos that tell a personal story or show a brand in a new light. Switching between formats keeps it interesting: social media cuts, long-form documentary pieces, and the before-and-afters that started it all for me. I'm always looking for new editing techniques, new lighting setups, new ways to make people stop and watch.

Web

I love building websites that feel modern and a bit different, the kind you actually want to click around in. I started teaching myself out of necessity when the businesses I was running needed them, and I never stopped. Somewhere along the way I picked up SEO properly, with a bit of PPC on the side, so the sites I built actually got found. These days it's WordPress when a team needs to maintain it themselves, Next.js when I want full control: Age Care Maintenance with its custom AI quote estimator, Town & Country Merchants, and the World Music Day schools site. Built to load fast, rank well, and not need babysitting.

Most of what I know came from running my own businesses, where there was no one else to do the marketing, build the websites, take the photos or cut the video. By the time I joined Age Care Bathrooms I knew what worked in marketing, and more importantly, what didn't.

Lime Tree Music Centre

  Bought the music school in Matlock with Corinne and grew it from there, building the brand, website and local outreach from scratch as we went.

  Taught one-to-one guitar and bass lessons to students of all ages, from absolute beginners to grade exam candidates.
